Anything posted or otherwise submitted to Will Franco Designs whether on the www.itswillfranco.com website, through a mobile application, blog or via any form of social media (including by submitting an image to your social media using #itswillfranco, #WillFrancoDesigns or other Will Franco branded hashtag), will be treated as public and nonproprietary. By submitting photographs, comments or other material to Will Franco Designs, you granted Will Franco Designs a royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable and transferable rights to use, copy, distribute, publish and modify such submissions. All such submissions shall automatically become Will Franco Designs’ sole and exclusive property. In addition, when you post photographs, reviews or comments to Will Franco Designs or on any of Will Franco Designs’ social media networks, you also grant us the right to use the name that you submit, if any, in connection with that submission. You further represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all rights to any content submitted to Will Franco Designs.

Product Information / Description
All prices displayed on the Site are quoted in U.S. dollars and are valid in the United States. We charge sales tax as applicable. We reserve the right without prior notice to discontinue or change specifications and prices on products and services offered on the Site. All products displayed on the Site are available unless stated otherwise, while supplies last. Please confirm product availability prior to ordering any product. Will Franco Designs attempts to assure that the display of the colors and textures of our products that appear on the Site are as accurate as reasonably possible, however, as the actual colors and textures you see will depend on your monitor and printer, we cannot guarantee that you monitor’s display of any color will be 100% accurate. Will Franco Designs does not warrant that product descriptions, images and web content are free from errors. We reserve the right to cancel an order. We reserve the right to limit the order quantity on any items without prior notice.
