Returns/Exchanges
At Will Franco Designs, we are committed to 100% Customer Satisfaction. If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we will do everything we possibly can to try and make it better. Any items on sale or at a discounted price cannot be returned or exchanged. These sales are final. Please make sure to order the correct size. Final Sale Items may be exchanged for another size in the same style depending on availability.
Please look over your order as soon as it arrives. If you think that you have received a defective item, an incorrect item or are missing items from your order, please contact us within 3 business days of receipt of your order so we may correct the issue as soon as possible.
If for any reason you are not pleased with your order, we are happy to accept a return following the guidelines below:
-Items should be in their new unused condition, with all garment tags attached.
-All returns/exchanges must be received within 20 days of the date that we ship out your order.
-Items can be exchanged or returned for store credit. We cannot issue refunds.
-All returns/exchanges must first be authorized by speaking to our customer service rep via email at: customerservice@itswillfranco.com
-Any shipments that we receive without pre-authorization will be denied and returned back to you at your cost.
-Anything purchased with any form of personalization is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.
-Anything purchased at a discounted price is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.
-Shipping is non-refundable, unless there was a mistake on our end.
-To ensure that items are sufficiently protected in transit, we recommend you send them to us in the original packaging (if possible).
-Items not returned in original condition may be refused or subject to a $75.00 restocking fee.

Custom Garments:
All custom dresses are designed to your specific measurements and color of choice, so therefore under no circumstances will we accept returns for confirmed customer sized, color, or customer self-designed dresses.
Customers placing an order, must pay a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure their order. Deposits may be paid in cash or via a credit card. If placing an order for a couture gown, defined as a gown that retails for $1,000.00 and above, customers must pay a 65% non-refundable deposit. Orders placed for couture gowns may not be canceled as these gowns are made to order.
